It depends on what kind of device you recorded the program on. If youi recorded it on a cable box or outboard recorder (computer, DVR, VHS, DVD, etc) - then Yes. If you recorded it on some kind of TV with a built in recorder, probably not. This set has 2 HDMI inputs and does very well for me. I feed it from a cable box and a computer.

Whether you can view your recordings on this TV depends on what kind of outputs you have on your recording device (DVR? VCR?). The Insignia 19" TV has the following inputs: - Two HDMI - One USB - One AV-In group (which consists of L & R audio inputs and a video input) - One ANT/Cable input (co-ax) If you use antenna, you can connect it to the co-ax input, but if your antenna connects to screw terminals on your other TV, you'll need a 300 ohm-to-coax adapter and a co-ax cable -- very inexpensive. If your recording device has any of the above output types, you can connect it to this Insignia TV.
