I have a PC with a 15 pin output. I have a new cord that converts the pins to HDMI. I plugged in the HDMI to both HDMI 1 & 2 and neither shows a signal. I know the PC output works because another monitor displays the PC. Any idea how to make this work? null

I tried both HDMI ports. I took it back to Best Buy and they couldn't get it to work either. They opened up a new monitor (this same model) and also couldn't get it to work on a PC. We tried several types of cords. I don't think this monitor accepts a PC output.

Maybe try changing the input channel
