Yes-ish. The attached image shows a vertical arcade game running on a MiSTeR - the TV can definitely display the image vertically but the stands are designed for a horizontal picture. So, I suppose it depends on the source’s output. You would have to find a way to reliably keep the TV standing vertically - maybe mounting it on a wall or using an after market stand.
