This is not a Smart TV, however you can connect a Roku device to this TV.

It isn't a smart tv so no you will need a streaming device or you can plug a laptop in. But it has at least two HDMI and other ports so it is very easy to install Roku which is what I did. I got the new Roku express and the HDMI that it plugs into the tv with to connect it also has enough power to power the Roku so there is no need to plug it into an outlet. I hope this was helpful.
