Hello! Thank you for your question. The Insignia 2.0 Bluetooth Lighted Speaker System supports Bluetooth and 3.5mm AUX connections. If your Pavilion 25xi desktop has either of these ports, then the speakers are fully compatible and will work without any issues. Darshan | Insignia
