“The specs say these put out 25 watts total however blurb states 5 watts ea speaker? Specs also mention a subwoofer? What subwoofer? Are these truly correct specs?”

The subwoofer is integrated in the speakers. It’s the small black ring under the speaker itself.

I am using these with my desktop and am fully satisfied with the power. If you are considering using them for louder listening you may want to consider other options.
