I don’t understand BB reply that it will work with optical connection - I also have a Samsung tv, and “no audio out” means no audio out of any kind, including optical. I found two work arounds: 1) J-Tech hdmi audio extractor - provides audio out to connect to the soundbar. 2) use a Fire Stick, and connect via Bluetooth. That’s what I use, with old 22” Samsung connected to a mini Insignia soundbar. (Fire Stick has built-in Bluetooth, and it automatically connects to the soundbar). Works great.

This soundbar offers multiple connection options, including digital optical, 3.5 mm AUX, USB, and Bluetooth. Your Samsung TV has an optical audio output, which makes it compatible with the Insignia soundbar via an optical cable. Do you have any other questions or need further assistance?
