“I can't get the soundbar to work with the optical cable on my Samsung UNU7090. The cable is fine, TV is set to optical the soundbar is set to the green light (which is blinking green) but there is no sound at all. My TV does not have audio cable outputs.”

Make sure that the sound output from the source is set to PCM format.

Please try again later.My Soundbar came with Correct cables....I just took a RCA to 1/8" mini and plugged in to the Audio out of my TV and it worked fine....I did not have any problem...If you bought it from BESTBUY ... they should be able to talk you thru the hook up with a Geek Squad member ...
