• There should have been a remote included in the package for you. Try using an optical cable and check the sound settings on your tv to make it’s set to opitical

• Yes there is suppose to be a remote, Mack do what i did buddy get a PC speaker system ! I got "Altec Lansing" it simply plugged into the Head Phone jack and BLOWS THIS BAR AWAY !!! I found my speaker system from GOOD WILL for 5 bucks it out performs both this and my Sam sung 36 inch bar !!!!!!!
