No. This is for a hard drive only.

No. It is simply an enclosure to hold an external hard drive. Supposed to help when trying to retrieve data from a computer with a failed hard drive. I haven't gotten it to work for that. Have to use an enclosed adapter on cord with C end bmy computer needs USB b . That doesn"t seem to work- connection seems wobbly.
