“The current pictures do not show any sign of a freezer or “chiller” however some older reviews/questions talk about the fridge’s ability to make ice and have a chiller in pictures. Is it possible for this product to make ice?”

No, it does not make ice but if you put it on the highest setting it gets pretty cold and it has frozen some of my beverages
