You might be able to find the manual online or in the manufacturer’s website. The fridge cools because of the gas in the compressor hence if the compressor is damaged or lost the gas it will run but not cool. If that’s the case you will be better off buying a new one as it’s not a DIY.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check the sides of the refrigerator to see if you can feel heat. If so then it is cooling down. It will take several hours or more. If the compressor feels hot but the outside walls are cool then it has lost its charge. If the sides are cool and the compressor is cool then check your thermostat to see if you can hear it click as it goes on and off. 1 is the warmest setting, 7 the coldest. A service call to a professional will cost more than the frig is worth. Hope this helps.
