“When charged it has 4 lights. As you use it you can see how charged it is by the lights. Currently it will only light up 3 of the charging lights. Why do I not get all 4 lights when charging it?”

Maybe it needs to charge longer. Mine took over 8 hours for the first charge, which already had 2 lights that were lit.
