I did however have to use impedance matching volume controls and set them to keep the ohms at 8 and works great. You can add a second amp if you'd like but you'd have use either the AUX 1 or 2 inputs and output to a second, this would be fine if you were a single source like an iPod dock, XM, or any single source plugged into either AUX 1 or 2
