“Can this TV be used WITHOUT attaching the feet? I have a shelf I want to put the TV on it is a tad too tall but without the feet it would fit nicely.”

Yes...If you don't mind leaning it against the wall or back of your shelf to hold it upright. It wont balance and stand upright without the feet. Try using some of that rubber kitchen shelf liner from the dollar stores and that should stop the bottom of the tv from sliding out and falling. Or use something to create a lip that the bottom base front of the tv can push against to stop from falling.
