To link an Echo device you need to use the Alexa app on your smartphone, tap Menu > Settings > Video and TV > Fire TV and follow the on-screen instructions. The TV has a Sleep timer, but it cannot be activated by Voice. To fully control the TV you need to use the Remote.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My Alexa app has picked up that the TV is under my acct after I signed in to my Amazon account. It has a sleep timer. How the voice control works with an Alexa dot I haven't figured out yet. This is a small TV for my guest room so it's not used much. I don't know how you'd switch between the different apps also without using the remote control. Hopefully that helps you.
