My tv freezes some times. I press the play button twice and the tv continues. This happens in the Xfinity app. Not sure what app you are using when it freezes

Please try again later.Hi there! 1~ Remove the batteries from your remote and press every single button twice. 2~ Place the batteries back in the remote and unplug the TV from the power source. 3~ Locate the following buttons and press them for about 20 seconds: Back, Menu (=) and the left side on the navigation ring. 4~ Release these buttons and plug your TV back into the power source. 5~ Turn the TV on and wait for about 1 min.
