You can hook up your Cable/Satellite box into one of the HDMI inputs on the TV.

Hello Samuel. A moment I am unable to answer you question .I would suggest consulting the manual for the AT&T receiver, that may give you an indication if it would operate with you TV. Mine is set up for WI-FI use.
