You definitely must have WiFi to access the apps on this television. If you’re familiar with the Fire Stick, there is a “no signal” message that will appear when you don’t have internet access... therefore leaving you with nothing to watch. Basically no Hulu, Disney+ Netflix etc. You can hook up cable via hdmi but you said you don’t have that either...
