The answer above from Insignia didn't help. I don't think they understood the question. I don't need to know how to change or save last input. The problem is that, when using cable, and watching a show, during viewing, the screen will flash black (blank) for a second, and then the show reappears. This happens multiple times. This does not happen when watching the TV using wifi. So I am wondering if it's a problem with the TV itself or something that can be corrected through settings. It is not an issue with the HDMI cable, because I switched HDMI cables with one that I know works properly, and the temporary blank screen still pops up during tv viewing.
