“I've tried connecting a soundbar using the RCA leads, but no sound is going to the soundbar. There is supposed to be a 3.5mm audio jack on this tv (NS-24DF310NA21), but I can't find it.”

• It is there but is labeled as "Audio Out" and has a headphone symbol. Also, the RCA leads are input only, that is why you are not getting any sound out. They are labeled "AV In".
