“Can I install this TV used with antenna without out the pay services. We have had another TV the stopped and did not have all those extra TV services. Again is this okay for just local channels?”

I am using this one myself for just the local channels, and it works great. You will need an antenna, but I have a $10.00 one on it, and it works great.
