“Where can I find the user guide? The paper that came with my TV says to come to this website and go to "Support & Downloads" but I am not finding this here.”

• Click on the link for the specific model you want, then scroll down to where it says "Features" and click there. A new window should pop up on the right, listing the features of the TV. If you scroll down in that window, you should see a link near the bottom to click on for the Manuals.
