“I don’t own a smart tv so I want to understand how this works. On another older model tv, it’s hooked up to a cable box & I have a fire stick to access Netflix. I also have Amazon prime. How would this tv operate without a cable box? Thank You.”

You will be able to get both Amazon prime AND Netflix During setup of this TV it will ask you to set up a WiFi connection. Simply choose your home WiFi, enter your password for the WiFi and then click on these apps and enter your login info and you’re all set

All she has to do is switch it to HDMI to get to her cable box. Cuz when she powers up the tv it brings up the fire stick home menu
