Is the Insignia compatible with Mac? null

Yes, you can hook up your Mac computer to one of the HDMI inputs on the TV.

It is compatible but don't expect the same display quality. It is far below than Apple Retina Display more like there is a "decade" difference between them. That's why I returned it. Samsung CF390 24" Curved monitor is way better than Insignia. A bit higher in price range but at least you'll get much better display quality!
