A:AnswerThe TV has no such ability on its own. You need an AppleTV box to do it the "normal" way. Unfortunately that costs more than the TV. I think you can buy an AirPlaty app (about $3) for the Amazon Fire Stick (about $20) and cast from the iPhone. I don't have any expertise in Chromecast but possibly there are similar solutions there.
A:AnswerI don't think it will hurt the TV as long as it stays dry. I have not seen anybody do this and I am not sure I would watch the TV while it is that cold, but the temperature should not bother it. All of this is a guess though.

A:AnswerYes, you can hook this TV up yourself. Yes, you have to run a channel scan when using an antenna (not included). This is not a Smart TV, however you can connect a streaming device to watch Netflix and Prime Video.
