A:AnswerThanks, KDub & Anonymous. Indeed, that's how I turned off/on every fridge I've ever had: unplug it. However, on page after page of "how to's," the manual specifically indicates for step one (quoting exactly), "1. Turn off your refrigerator and unplug it from the wall outlet." So there appears to be a switch somewhere. See photo.
