Thinking of buying this one. How is the sound and any serious issues with it? null

Do not buy this dishwasher! It is a new product that, judging by the unit we have, is of poor quality. Our unit is 2 months old and does not drain. However, because it's so new the repair parts are not available until September. Best Buy has done nothing to correct this to-date (have yet to receive a return call from a manager, supervisor, or hear from anyone in "customer service") and we have been without a working dishwasher for almost a month. I will never buy an appliance from Best Buy again.

I do NOT recommend this product. Broke within 5 weeks (water does not drain after running) and still not repaired because the Geek Squad doesn’t have the parts...for Best Buy’s own product.

Don’t buy it I put mine in and it doesn’t work. Refuses to pump out the dirty water. I guess it is hard to make a functional dishwasher in 2019. The old Maytag worked for 15 years...

This dishwasher is so quiet that the only way you know that it is running is by the blue light that shows on the floor during wash cycle.

So far so good. It is very quiet. The touch capacitance buttons on the control panel are sensitive, but we are getting used to it. I wish they would have included a table of what all the codes mean on the digital display. One word of warning: This dishwasher sits flush on the floor with channels built in for power and water lines. My old dishwasher sat on legs. The copper water line that ran under the old had to be replaced, and even though this was a relatively simple procedure, the Geek Squad doing the installation was extremely hamstrung and could not do the work because "we are not allowed to do that". Therefore, I had to hire my own plumber to do the installation. Best Buy returned my installation fee, but it was an unexpected delay. I bought and kept the installation kit, which was helpful. In the old days, all the stuff in the installation kit would have been included with the dishwasher.

We havr had nothing but problems with ours!! Have had to reset the breaker to get the darn thing to reset frequently.  Now all of a sudden the door wont stay closed! Flipping headache!
