Every once and a while machine gets in lock mode and you no buttons work. We lost our Manuel that told us how to unlock it so we can't look it up. Help! How does it unlock null

Press the Heavy and Delicate buttons at the same time to activate or cancel the child lock. The Indicator light turns on.

Sounds like a child lock. There are two buttons that need to be pressed together and they are marked in the machine.
