“I connected this to a wall charge and the 3rd of 4 LEDs started flashing. Then the 3rd LED stayed lit and the 4th LED started flashing. 12 hours later the 4th LED is still flashing. The guide says 9 hours to full. It's been 18. Will it stop when full?”

Thank you for your response. I have a new 24W charger that I used. 4th LED did not stop blinking after 24 hours. It will charge my phone, so it's not totally defective. I have also contacted Insignia Customer Support. I'll let you know what we work out
