I had the same problem, which turned out to be user error in my case. First I would unplug the unit for fifteen minutes of so just in case its memory got scrambled. Once you plug it back in the LED temp display will turn on and the unit will beep. At that point you will have to unlock the unit by TOUCHING and HOLDING the unlock button for three seconds or so until the unit beeps and the display starts slowly blinking. These are touch sensitive buttons so DO NOT PRESS down on them hard. Then touch the up or down arrows to set your desired temperature. At this point you can also switch between degrees F or C by touching both UP and DOWN arrows simultaneously. Be aware that after a short while the unit will AUTOMATICALLY LOCK the DISPLAY PANEL and the UP/DOWN arrow buttons will no longer respond. If that happens you will have to unlock the display panel once again by touching and holding the unlock button for about three seconds or until it beeps and the LED display starts blinking. Good Luck!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
