I'm going to assume the dripping water is an overflow from the drip basin in the back. If so, I'd first check and level the fridge (if not already). Then I'd check to see if I can feel cold air leaking out (especially around the door gaskets) because that means warm air is leaking in - causing more condensation. If you do, fix this problem first. Second, I'd make the fridge colder - try setting 5 or 6 to see if that helps. I've had fridges give me frosting and water problems at higher temp settings, but turning it down and making it colder helped a lot. Again, if there is an air leak, it's the first thing you should take care of. Good luck!
