I think I read it was 1.4 watts! However I have only solar in my home! At present two panels making(250w,& 295w,) I have had to unplug to let the batteries charge all day then plug in a night and the fridge catches up! Most of the time it is sunny and we run around 12.3volts! I say yes to your question! I have 4 marine batt. hooked up to output 12 volts! Hope this helps, Sincerely, David
