Is this cable PD (Power Delivery) 3.1 or 3.0? null

it says it works with both 3. and 3.1 butrequires laptop to have a tbt4 port--the 4 ports do work backward with the 3.

The carton and documentation does not specify PD 3.1 or 3.2. It says up to 240W(atts) depending on the device capability. The PC USB-C port must be Thunderbolt 4 (TBT4) in order to be compatible with all devices. Data transfer speeds up to 40 GBps (Giga Bytes per second) depending on the device capabilities.

Thunderbolt 4 is supposedly upwards compatible with USB-C , so if he USB-C devise provides power than the answer woud be yes.

This cable supports PD 3.1, with a max throughput of 240W
