• If you have an antenna on your house you can just run the cable to your tv and enjoy all the channels it picks up. I get 18 channels, some of which are broadcast in 1080. If you do not have one you should look into some of the ones at best buy. There's a few you can buy that will pick up a lot of channels, but don't get the cheap ones, they don't work.

• As with all tv's you need some HD source for HD picture. We have an antenna for the entire house for broadcast hd, and either a roku or gamesystem to stream all other media
