I appreciate your trust in that we will answer your question accurately. The stand is 2 plastic legs that weight very little. It is stated that the TV weights 17 pounds with the stand, most likely it weights 16 without it. I already reported this mistake on our website for correction.

It shows you a Homescreen with all the options available where you can choose your primary source (the Cable Box).
