“Hi - we just purchased for my mom a 32 insignia ns-32D220NA20 but the picture from the tv just not go across the full tv screen but looks like it has a black frame on the right and left side. Please advise how to adjust the aspect. Thank you”

I can't tell you why it is like this but I can tell you what worked for me. If you click on ASPECT button on remote (just below the MUTE button) and keep clicking it until you get the size picture you want. Hope it works for you too.
