Hello, thank you for your question. If items on the bottom shelf are freezing and ice is building up even with the temperature set to minimum, cold air may be concentrating in that area. This can happen if food is blocking airflow, items are placed too close to the back wall, or the door is not sealing completely and allowing excess moisture to enter the refrigerator.
