First, try to Remove the case, if your AirPods case has a thick or non-Qi-compatible cover, try removing it before placing it on the pad. Find the sweet spot, the AirPods charging pad may require precise placement. Try centering the case directly on the pad and watch for the indicator light. Check the LED, a white light usually means charging is active. If it turns orange or doesn’t light up, reposition the case. Use the correct pad, make sure you're placing the AirPods on the designated pad. Try without the lid open, some users report better results when the AirPods case is closed during charging.
