You most certainly can that is what I am doing with it worked perfect

Yes this is a USB cable so as long as your phone takes a micro use, and your computer has the correct drivers, it will work.

Only if your camera uses the micro-USB interface. Our newer Nikon supports the micro-USB and this is the cable I use for downloading photos. My older Canon DSLR uses the mini-USB interface so I have a separate cable for that camera.
