Yes to all those questions. currently I have the Destiny edition PS4 which is the original, and It’s hooked up with my PSVR and this multi-port USB has helped out a lot. On the back of the device itself, one of the USB’s that plugs into the PS4 port is adjustable. Place that in the right section to match your PS4’s USB layout, and you should be good to go.
