• Yes, it's a "normal" tv with antenna inputs. Fire Stick is just the interface to connect the tv to your home internet and expand your tv viewing options, outside of just an antenna.

• The Amazon Fire Stick enable you to stream tons of apps/TV Programs. I don't see why you couldn't hook a standard antennae for your locals, I would also get expert advice from Best Buy to be sure about your area
