• HUGE thanks to Insignia customer service (I called with the same exact issue). Here's what I did with their help, so hope it works for you too: Have Xbox plugged in to HDMI 1 and on Hold Home button on TV remote until little menu pops on right side of screen Go To Picture Go to Advanced Settings Go to HMDI Input Mode Mine was set to auto, but manually change it to the 2.0 option. Once I did that, Xbox automatically detected the change and set the console to 4K.
