“How do I get this insignia to read the Fire stick in HMDI 1, or any of the HMDI's. I get blank screen. It worked in this set up on my last non smart tv.”

The TV has the Fire OS already built-in. You can connect your HDMI enabled devices to the HDMI ports on the TV. Select the appropriate input from the Home screen. For Product Support, please visit: https://www.insigniaproducts.com/email-us

Confusing question; this TV has built-in FireStick plus, better than any ext renal Fire stick. IF you are connected to your Inet from TV direct, wired or wireless (no external Firestick), you'll have access to hundreds of streaming channels and TV will boot into main menu for same.
