“We just purchased this TV and have tried all 3 hdmi ports to get our firestick to work. without success. We know the firestick works. The Amazon logo will come up & the Nlink shows firestick, but the firestick menu & icons don't show. HELP PLEASE!!!!!!”

• I'm almost certain the firestick goes into the USB drive. Not the HDMI

• 1- check the power going to the firestick to be from the adapter not the tv 2- try to use it without the ext cable. 3- try to reset the amazon stick hope this helps
