My repair man said there are no replacement parts to repair it! Electric is on lights etc.. can actually hear the compressor but not cooling.

Best Buy has no interest in helping you or me repair this appliance that has a 3 year planned obsolescence. The Geek Squad manager that told me she was SORRY! I told her I agreed 
Such a waste of materials and more trash in our landfill. Knoxville TN

• Make sure that the door is closed properly.
• Allow time for new beverages to cool, then check again.
• Set the control to a colder setting.
