I have a Samsung phone and bought these charging pads. Am I doing something wrong? or do they not work? I laid the phone on its' back on top of the pad to charge all night and nothing happened. null

I ran into a similar issue as I bought these as a Christmas present for a relative. Unfortunately, not all cell phones are created equal. My mom's, for example, lacks the inner technology needed to pair with these charging pads. Once I researched online to troubleshoot and figured that out, I now much buy a separate adapter to place on the inside of my mom's phone; and this is supposed to give her device capabilities to utilize the charger pad.
