Netflix and Hulu are already on the TV. Subscriptions are no different than using any other streaming device. Select the package you want and pay the required fee. There are even buttons on the remote to use to take you directly to them. Hooking up a DVD player is a simple plug in. Using the remote go to settings, Input and select Component.
