Should be able to find a universal remote somewhere online that is compatible with you tv. There are most likely videos on YouTube that would teach you how to do use it as well.

Unfortunately, the Insignia™ 50" Class F30 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV comes with an Alexa Voice Remote, which primarily uses voice commands. However, you can purchase a universal remote that includes numeric buttons and is compatible with your TV. Many universal remotes can be programmed to work with a wide range of devices, including your Insignia TV. Just make sure to check the compatibility before purchasing. If you need any recommendations or further assistance, feel free to ask!
