• A:Answer You most likely have the comfort button on. Turn it off and you should be able to set the humidity level. They explain this particular item very poorly in the manual. I had the same issue. Good Luck!

Q: QuestionI have a hose connected to the continuous drain hose outlet going down to a floor drain but water is filling up the bucket. Why won't it drain through the hose?

• A:Answer UPDATE: It filled up the first bucket I had the hose connected but after I dumped out the water and put the bucket back in, it started draining through the hose. So it is working as it is supposed to now.
